CE Meeting Registration Process
Please Note: Due to COVID-19 and social distancing requirements, future HCOS meetings will be held via Zoom unless otherwise noted.
Please follow the new steps below to register for our monthly meetings.
Our meetings are typically held on the last Tuesday of every month. (1/26, 3/30, 4/27, 5/25, 6/29, 7/27, 8/31, 9/28, 10/26 – except November, 11/9). If you are a current HCOS member (for the 2021 year), there is no additional fee for these meetings. If not, there is an individual meeting fee of $35.
To join HCOS, simply complete the online form on our Join HCOS page. Once you submit that form, go to the Pay Dues page and use our secure online payment method to pay your annual dues.
Meeting Registration - Step One. Please register for each meeting via the email links that will be sent out each month. If you don’t currently receive our emails, please email Liz Mauzy, Executive Director at email@example.com or call her at 713-408-9060.
Meeting Payment - Step Two. Go to our meeting payment page to access the links to pay online. Again, please note that meetings are free for HCOS members.
